We are looking for Restaurant and Counter Staff to join our team.
The successful applicant will be required to work both on the takeaway and restaurant, however this role will be predominately based in the restaurant.
Tir a Môr is a family-run fish and chips takeaway and restaurant, based in Llanrwst, North Wales. Established over sixteen years ago, we strive to produce top-quality food, using locally sourced ingredients.
We pride ourselves on excellent customer service; a quality our successful candidate will need to excel in.
Restaurant
The restaurant offers a warm friendly atmosphere, our team prides itself on providing excellent customer service creating the ultimate customer experience
The first shift starts: 17:30 (Tuesday to Thursday)
On the weekend the 1st person 17:00, second person starts 17:30
Last food orders are called at 21:00. Last drinks orders 22:00
cOUNTER
Do you have experience working in a fast-paced takeaway? Not to worry, excellent training will be provided to ensure you're confident and happy in your role.
Staggered shift start time:

First person: 16:30

Second person: 16:45

Third person: 17:00
The shop closes at 21:15 However, a strict cleaning schedule must be completed at the end of the shift. Finish time will vary but (no later than 22:30)

o Flexibility with shifts
o Weekend work essential (weekend shifts distributed fairly, working alternate Saturdays – excluding approved leave)
o Availability on Bank Holiday essential (excluding approved leave)
o Previous hospitality experience is desirable, but not essential, as training will be provided
o Ability to communicate in Welsh favored, but not essential for an outstanding candidate
o Ability to work at pace during busy service hours
